On the territory of the fortress: St. There are four tombstones inside the building adjacent to the Astvatsatsin Church. Locals say that the remains of the commander are buried under one of the tombstones. It is said that only one flower is carved on David Bek's tombstone, and that flower faces the ground so that enemies cannot recognize it and pull out the bones.: The fortress has survived centuries of destruction and today is an extremely attractive place for tourists.
